Vibration body and base of the machine are welded frame, selected
profiles and steel plates are high quality structural steel, good
weldability, strong impact resistance, excellent crack resistance.
The material of grid plate is 16Mn steel plate. All welds are
continuous welds (with single groove and fillet welds), and the
welds are required to be smooth and uniform. Flux cored wire and
CO2 gas shielded welding are used to increase the service life of
the machine. After welding, aging treatment and two annealing
stress relief treatment are adopted.
The spring material is 60Si2Mn, and the hardness of heat treatment
is HRC44-58. The surface is oxidized and strengthened by shot
peening. The two ends are tightly ground, and the orientation is
guided by the guide cone of the inner hole of the spring. The
roughness of contact surface between vibrating body and resonance
spring is 12.5.
Structural features:
This machine is mainly composed of vibrating body, base, resonance
spring and electrical control cabinet, etc. It is a single body

overall stiffness and local stiffness match, strong impact
resistance, long service life, stable vibration, and low
requirements on the foundation.
Working principle:
Vibration on the motor installed in bilateral symmetry, two
vibration motor adopts synchronous starting and braking, two groups
of vibration motor reverse synchronous vibration, the level of
